Julia and Nick have the sweetest story. These two high school sweethearts are so adorable, and they really couldn’t stop making each other laugh. At one point, we laughed as I coached them into a “prom pose,” and Nick said “well we did go to prom together, so it’s fitting!”
Nick and Julia’s engagement session was so gorgeous, and the first signs of spring were really coming out for us! As soon as I saw the magnolia tree with baby blooms on it, I rushed over to make sure we could capture some of the gorgeous flowers. Unfortunately it was absolutely freezing out, but you would never know it when you see the glowy photos of these two and their contagious laughter!
I am always thrilled when I ask a couple, “are you up for an adventure?” And the answer is “yes!” Julia and Nick climbed down a small hill and waded through water so we could get some magnificent pictures by the river. And Julia did all of this in high heels! My couples never cease to amaze me–they are always willing to trust me, even when I suggest we do crazy things all in the name of creating beautiful photos!
